Rachna is an accomplished leader in the Wealth Solutions Group, overseeing the distribution of structured notes across several provinces. Over the last 20 years, Rachna has built her career in capital markets supporting the private wealth industry and advising on a broad range of asset classes, including foreign exchange, fixed income and structured notes. She leverages her cross-asset expertise to provide tailored solutions for investment advisors, helping them address the unique needs of their clients. She has contributed to the evolution of the Canadian structured products market, having been part of the original teams that launched CIBC's principal-at-risk and market-linked GIC programs in Canada. Rachna is deeply committed to social impact where she actively participates in mentorship programs at CIBC and VersaFi, and leads charitable initiatives that foster community engagement. Since 2021, Rachna has served as Co-Chair for the CIBC One for Change Auction — an annual event that has raised more than $8.5 million for Canadian charities. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
